1. In the win8 system, click "run" on the "start" page, enter cmd in the "run" box, and click "OK"

2. Input the following line:

Regsvr32 Softpub. dll regsvr32 Wintrust. dll regsvr32 Initpki. dll

3. Restart the computer and then install the software.
