What should I do if the USB flash drive shows 0 bytes and cannot be formatted? How can I fix it?

Method 1: automatic system repair

Right-click the USB flash drive, select a tool in the property, and then start to check for automatic repair and recovery to see if it can be repaired.

Method 2: Tool software method

We can use the Usboot tool to fix the USB flash drive with 0 bytes displayed on the USB flash drive, and forcibly format the USB flash drive in HDD mode after running. Click it to dial down and insert a USB flash drive. Although the USB flash drive is forcibly formatted in this step, some USB flash drives may still be 0 bytes and cannot be opened. Some USB flash drives can be formatted successfully using this method, but some cannot be repaired, in this case, we can try the third method.
Method 3: Mass production tools

Use the ChipGenius tool to detect the chip model as follows:

If neither method nor method succeeds, you can only use the third method. Open the USB flash disk and check its chip model, then, find this type of production tool on Baidu (this tool does not need to be installed after download, and the tools to be installed must be fake) for mass production repair, generally, the problem that the USB flash drive is 0 bytes is fixed successfully.

Method 4: Use Windows's built-in partitioning tool Fdisk to recreate a partition table

① Insert the USB flash drive into the computer and start the computer. Right-click my computer and choose Manage. The Computer Management window is displayed.

② Click "Disk Management" under "storage" on the left of the window. Information about all storage devices in the current system is displayed. Among them, "disk 1 (removable)" is the U disk to be repaired.

③ The cursor points to "disk 1", right-click, select "New partition", and then select "FAT32" or "NTFS". The system prompts that the partition is successfully created.

④ Format the USB flash drive.

Method 4: "llftool"

Baidu searched for "llftool" to find and download the llftool and open the downloaded llftool. Note: After opening the software, you must select a USB flash drive and then click "next! As shown in the following figure:



Then select the "low-level formatting" option and click "format this hard disk". We actually choose a USB flash disk, so the format is a USB flash disk. As shown in the following figure:
