　　First step: Modify registry values

Registry path: Hkey_local_machinesystemcurrentcontrolsetcontrolfontassocassociated Charset

Step: Start-run (input regedit)-OK or enter, open Registry Editor;

In the Open Registry Editor window, expand: Hkey_local_machinesystemcurrentcontrolsetcontrol

Locate the FONTASSOC in the expanded item of control and expand the Fontassoc in the FONTASSOC expansion key: Associated Charset and left-click: Associated Charset;

In the associated charset corresponding to the right window to find: ANSI (00), left-click: ANSI (00), pop-up Edit String window, in the Value data (V) column "NO" Change to "yes", and then click: OK;

In the associated charset corresponding to the right window found: OEM (FF), left-click: OEM (FF), pop-up Edit String window, in the Value data (V) column to change "NO" to "YES", and then click: OK;

Click OK to return to the Registry Editor window visible: ANSI (00) and OEM (FF) numeric data are: YES, exit Registry Editor.

Open the Control Panel-language, in the Open Language window, left click: Change the date, time or number format, open the Regional dialogue window;

In the Regional Dialogue window, we click: admin, under the Management tab of the non-Unicode program language entry left-click: Change system locale (C) ...;

In the Regional Settings window, click on the current system locale (C) column of the small tick, select: English, click OK, restart the computer;

After restarting the computer, in the Regional Settings window, click on the current system locale (C) column of the small tick, select: Chinese (Simplified, China), click OK, restart the computer. The garbled problem with Windows system should be solved.

If the English version of the system, the installation of Chinese software package after the garbled we can modify the registry value to solve the problem of garbled.

Registry path: Hkey_current_user]control panel International, open Registry Editor, expand: Hkey_current_user]control panel, in control Panel expansion key: International and left-click: International;

In the international corresponding to the right window to find locale, left-click Locale, pop-up Edit String window, modify the Value data column (V) in the data, if it is Chinese Simplified, we will locale key value modified to "00000804", and then click: OK;

If it is Chinese Traditional: We change the key value of locale to "00000404", then click: OK;
