Apple today released OS x10.10.3beta6, version number 14d127a to developers and members of the public Beta test program. Now 10.10.3 's beta test has gone on for two months. Users can be updated via the system or downloaded to the Apple website Developer Center. Apple also released Yosemite Recovery Update 1.0, which enhances the stability of Recovery functionality from time Machine backup recovery. Apple says the Beta 6 improves operational stability, compatibility and security, and requires developers to test Safari and Wi-Fi network compatibility, such as Wi-Fi in public places such as hotels, airports and airplanes, as well as testing screen-sharing capabilities.
The main new feature of OS X 10.10.3 is Photos OS X, which incorporates ICloud photo gallery and Photos IOS Edition to replace IPhoto and Aperture. Currently, comments suggest that Photos is an excellent successor to IPhoto, with more advanced tools and performance improvements, but initially disappointing professional users.
In addition, OS X 10.10.3 also supports the Google two-step verification protection for adding an account in system settings, adding a new design of the emoji Expression selection menu, now scrolling up and down to view emoji expressions, more skin race choices, new banner emoji, updated iPhone, iMa C, Apple Watch's emoji.
In OS X 10.10.3 Beta 5, only two minor bugs were corrected for Photos. This Beta 6 should also be a minor fix. The official version is expected to be released soon.
