Soyo Motherboard could not find a solution for the BIOS:

When the boot press Esc key to pull out the Quick Start menu, with the keyboard key, select CD/DVD ROM, press ENTER to enable the computer from the CD drive:

Press the DELETE key to enter the BIOS setup interface, move to "Advanced bios Features", enter in.

Find the Boot Device, enter the CDROM

Press F10 to save the exit. After reboot, the optical drive is started.
