What to do if you set up a Windows share without access to a username password

Today, because the customer needs to do a shared folder on the server, a new user is created for server-generated data to be provided to the End-to-end read. The server is win2003 but the new username password that was entered from the network after the share was set is inaccessible, as shown in figure:

Before I remember reading a file that said this situation needs to go into the policy group in the local Security settings-local policy-security options, change network access: Sharing and security mode for local accounts to classic-local users have their own authentication.

But I got into the system and looked at it and I'm already setting it up.

I'm surprised, in theory, that I can't access the new username and password, but I try to use the Admin account to enter it. There seems to be a lack of permissions to set up.

Experience has entered the directory "User Rights Assignment", where you find the "Access this computer from the network" option. Double-click into view find only admin account here.

Is this the setting that caused the problem, and then the new account just added to this option.

After joining again use the new account and password to access the shared folder, this visit was successful.

Originally set the account access policy is not enough, also need to set which accounts can have network access rights.
