What to do when the logout account in Windows Task Manager denies access

If the computer has multiple user accounts, to save resources to improve the performance of the system, we can cancel the user account other than the current user. However, when you log off a user using Windows Task Manager, an error message "Deny Access" is displayed. The following figure:

Even if the account has administrator privileges, the operation will still be an error. Why, then?

This problem occurs, mostly because Windows Task Manager is not running as an administrator.
You can try the following two solutions:

method One: Convert from a command prompt
