Reason Analysis:

The computer's motherboard went into the "Power Management Setup" option on the BIOS Setup page and found that the feature "Pwron after Pw-fail" was not set to "on" by default.

Treatment measures:

1, need to "Pwron after Pw-fail" option to become "off".
