When Apache is started, EBS reports 0403-The specified number is not valid

When EBS starts Apache, The following error is reported: 0403-6.1 The specified number is not valid for this command.

View logs

This is caused by insufficient AIX memory. view the memory.

Adjust with VMO

Check the memory and the memory is released.
