When Eclipse cannot add Tomcat

When your eclipse is configuring Tomcat and cannot find the server option, there are two ways to resolve this.

The first type:

Help->installnew software-> "Kepler" Repository (Http://download.eclipse.org/releases/kepler)->web,xml, Java EE and OSGi Enterprise development->jst Server adaptersextensions (tick on the item)

Eclipse automatically completes the installation and restarts automatically.

Click on the menu to enter preferences to see the server option, you can configure Tomcat.

The second type:

The Tomcat plugin for Eclipse: http://www.eclipsetotale.com/tomcatPlugin.html

Eclipse4.4 corresponds to 3.3.1 version

After the download is complete, unzip the Tomcat plugin into the plugins directory in the Eclipse directory, and then restart or open eclipse. You can see that there are three cats on the menu bar.
