Talkback is a Firefox problem feedback system, and if Mozilla Firefox crashes, the program pops up and asks you to send you information about the crash that you know. If you do not want to eject the program when Firefox crashes, cancel the "Problem feedback agent" option when you install it.

To manually remove talkback after Firefox installation: first delete the Alkback folder under "C:documents and Settings username application Data"; Then go to the Firefox installation folder in the Components subdirectory to delete several files named talkback.
