When Windows installs MySQL, the last execution stays in the write configuration file

Cause: The MySQL installation path appears in Chinese, special characters, or re-installed after MySQL is often encountered. The former is the path is not allowed to appear in Chinese names, the latter is because the uninstallation is not clean.

I just because reinstall MySQL, uninstall dirty, will cause this error later, the next list, uninstall MySQL, in addition to normal unloading, but also need to do:

1. Uninstall MySQL

2, delete the installation directory and data storage directory

3, in the registry (REGEDIT) query MySQL, delete all

4, in the C disk query MySQL related files, all delete (program files, UserData)

7. Delete C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\mysql Directory

Remember, do not install MySQL in the directory with the Chinese path
