The following error message is displayed in the online video of IE9 indicating that flash players are not installed:

If the flash plug-in has been correctly installed and the system prompts that the flash plug-in has not been installed, check whether IE9 has enabled Active X filtering.
Solution:
If Active X filtering is enabled, a blue circle icon is displayed on the right of the address bar. You only need to disable Active X filtering in the security options of IE9.
