When installing MySQL version 8.0, use front connection to report 1251 errors or Navicat connection error 2059 Solution

This error occurs because the encryption rule is mysql_native_password in the previous version of Mysql8, and the encryption rule after Mysql8 is caching_sha2_password.

There are two ways to fix this problem, one is to update the NAVICAT driver to resolve this issue, and one is to modify the encryption rules for MySQL user logons to Mysql_native_password. This article uses the second approach

1. ALTER USER ' root ' @' localhost ' identified by ' password ' password EXPIRE never; #修改加密规则
