When installing the ehlib component, the following message is displayed: require package 'vcl 'not found VCL component development and application.

DELPHI6 is used. Previously, the system was Win2000 Server and ehlib was installed normally. After the system was replaced with WINXP pro, how to install the ehlib component on DELPHI6 and the prompt "require package 'vcl 'not found" is displayed, cannot be correctly installed. Please kindly advise me!
