When running Apt-get update under Linux, an error/var/lib/apt/lists/lock

When you run Apt-get update, the following error is reported:

E: Unable to get lock/var/lib/apt/lists/lock-open (11:resource temporarily unavailable)
E: Unable to lock the directory/var/lib/apt/lists/

This problem is meant to be used for the apt-get operation of the lock (should be used for mutual exclusion of the lock), there is no way to get the lock problem, for this problem, how to solve it?

You can do this with the following command

sudo rm/var/lib/apt/lists/Lock/var/cache/apt/archives/Lock

Then, the Apt-get update operation should be done again.
