When synchronizing transactions and snapshots, the system prompts: When IDENTITY_INSERT is set to OFF, the displayed values cannot be inserted to the table. (Source: MSSQLServer; error code: 544 ),

Cause: During SQL2008 synchronization to SQL2008/SQL2005/SQL2014, sometimes due to improper publishing configuration (copy extension attribute = False)


An error occurs when data is added:


Solution 1: On the Publishing Server, choose "Publish item"> "properties"> "selected" (Table object)> "properties ".(Copy extended attributes=True) As shown in figure 1,

Then restart the SQL proxy service and start the snapshot (START)

Solution 2: Modify the extended attributes of the table at the subscription end:

Solution 3:

Changing the ID column of the subscription end to a normal column (this method is not recommended) can also solve synchronization.
