Imp.reload (SYS)
Sys.setdefaultencoding (' Utf-8 ')

Attributeerror:module ' sys ' has no attribute ' setdefaultencoding ' workaround:

Workaround in 1.python2:
Reload (SYS)
Sys.setdefaultencoding (' Utf-8 ')

Workaround in 2.python3:
Imp.reload (SYS)
