<Property> <name> hadoop. tmp. dir </name> <value>/tmp </value> </property>

The value here cannot be in the/tmp folder. Otherwise, datanode cannot be started when the instance is restarted and needs to be formatted again. Because/tmp is a temporary folder, you can use other paths such as/home/hadoop/tmp.
