However, my error is actually a user name problem,

Many people think that the remote user name must be the login name in the lock status,

Actually not, it depends on your own settings. Therefore, you should first check whether the remote user name is entered correctly.

View method: Remote Computer → win + Break → remote settings → select a user (ensure that the user is selected as shown in Figure) → view the remote user name in the red box
