When you access the IIS 6.0 web service, the service unavailable is displayed.

Some time ago, I went to the client to publish a dnn-based Web Service. After the Web service was released, I used IE to visit the site, prompting the service unavailable and directly accessed the iisstart page of IIS 6, it is also service unavailable. therefore, it is suspected that there is a problem with IIS installation.

After inquiring about the customer, we learned that IIS has been installed before, and then uninstalled and re-installed. So we decided to reinstall IIS:

1) uninstall the entire IIS
2) Delete % WINDIR % \ system32 \ inetsrv.

Delete % WinDir % \ iis6.log

Also delete the \ Inetpub \ directory.
C) restart your computer and reinstall IIS.

After the problem is fixed, the Web site can be released normally.
