When you test the port using the Telnet service, you are prompted that there is no Telnet service

The 1.win7 system does not turn on the Telnet service by default, so we need to manually turn on the Telnet service the first time we use it

1) Open Control Panel > Programs > Program features > Turn Windows features on or off, tick on Telnet Server and Telnet client

2) Use Win7 Start interface search function, enter the service

3) If the startup fails because the dependent service of the Telnet service does not start, we must start all dependent services for the Telnet service first

For example, the first time I started the Telnet service failed because the RPC service was not turned on, so I had to start the RPC service before I started the Telnet service

2. Open run cmd, use the command telnet <id address > port, connect successfully
