Symptoms
When you try to run Microsoft Office Access 2007, you may receive the following error message:
Unable to find the database you specified, or you did not specify the database at all.
This issue occurs if you click for Access 2007 on the first use installation on your computer to install the 2007 MicrosoftOffice Kit.
Reason
This problem occurs before the Microsoft Office 2007 Accessruntime installation attempted to run the full version of Access for the first time in 2007. When you try to use an Access 2007 shortcut, make the first run Access 2007 2007 Accessruntime. Installed full version of Access 2007 therefore, not started.
Solution
To resolve this issue, manually install the full version of Access for 2007 years. To do this, follow these steps:

Quit all Programs. |

Click Start, and then click Control Panel. |
3. |
Double-click Add or Remove Programs. |
4. |
Click the MicrosoftOffice Kit 2007 and then click Change. Note that the suite is a placeholder for the 2007 Office suite that is installed on the computer. |

In the MicrosoftOffice Suite 2007 dialog box, click Add or Remove Features, and then click Continue. |
6. |
Expand Access 2007, click the icon to the left with the manual to install, each feature name and click the following installation options, according to one of:

Click to immediately install the feature to run on this computer. |
• |
Click to install the features and all child features immediately, running all from my computer. |

Click Continue |
