The default installation location of the help files attached to Microsoft Office 97 is:

If you cannot find the required office 97 VBA help file, it may be that it was not installed when you first run the office 97 installer. To install the Help file, run the office installer to add the VBA help file. Note that the Outlook 97 VBA help file is not installed by the Office installer. Note:: The Microsoft Office 2000, Microsoft Office XP, and Microsoft Office 2003 installation programs install the VBA Help File during "first use. Therefore, if you have not tried to access the VBA help in the office application before, you may not be able to see the Help file in this directory.
