First of all, I would like to say that the Recycle Bin is not installed on one of the disks, instead, there is a recycle Bin on each disk, so that when you delete some temporary files on one of the disks and then save them in the Recycle Bin of the disk, you find the file in the Recycle Bin. Then restore the file directly to the deleted location, which is why the Recycle Bin can find the location of the Recycle Bin recovery.
So why is that so? If you don't know much about this, then we right-click on your Recycle Bin icon and click on the Properties button and the Recycle Bin Properties dialog box pops up. As shown in the figure:
You can find the Recycle Bin location and free space size for each disk by using the Recycle Bin's Properties dialog box. You can also define the Recycle Bin size for each disk below. Of course, if you don't need to use the Recycle Bin, you can choose "Do not move files to the Recycle Bin." Remove the file immediately after removing the option, as shown in the figure:
