From the programmer's point of view, what kind of degree should the programmer be able to make both internal and external programmers satisfied with himself.

When I first entered the business, I always envy those elders who have high salaries and good skills. I hope to be the same person one day, at least I am. Therefore, we are constantly pursuing that goal, and some of them are aborted in the middle, while some of them are not receiving the expected salary, some of the technologies have gone up and a reasonable salary is achieved. In this process, it is more painful and struggling. Many factors that lead to pain and struggle are believed to be understood by our colleagues and honed our will. After we continue to learn and work overtime, we have obtained a salary of several K or even dozens of K, and the technology that will envy those who come later, suddenly I felt lost again, because it seems that we have achieved our goal, so many of them relaxed their management, and all day round they were doing nothing, because they looked up in the same status as themselves, so when we were at leisure, we complained in the group about what the industry was trying to achieve. Why was it not as passionate and psychologically satisfied as it was in the past. In fact, we have not achieved our goal, but our salary may have been reached, but our technology will never reach the commanding heights. Maybe we are just getting started, I have heard from many high-paying predecessors that they have no big feelings about their wages. You say they have a high salary. If someone else has enough for you to do your work for a year, they cannot go anywhere, if you say that your salary is low, it is very high in the general industry, so what ultimately supports them is technology, because technology brings them psychological satisfaction. The same is true when we first came out. technology can bring us great passion and sense of achievement. In fact, the more we get to the end, the more we need to get back to the truth, continuous research or promotion can also improve the visibility of the industry, such as Lao Zhao, so that our passion will not retreat, the psychological satisfaction will not be reduced. The programmer we want to do is to constantly surpass ourselves, accumulate ourselves, and stick to ourselves.
