Why can't it people get a high salary?

Before speaking of these words, I would like to introduce myself to this talent. My graduation experience is simple and I will talk about it on paper, but I don't think the following is all nonsense. The facts prove that it people may be aware of it...

First, I would like to ask: How many are undergraduate students? How many of them are regular undergraduate students (not self-exams, exams, and exams )? How many people have degrees? How many of my degree holders hold the degree of the top 50 universities in the online ranking? I'm afraid there are few! In China, the relationship between salary and degree is absolute for fresh graduates. Even for future development, the degree is also very important. Why do people with lower education backgrounds suffer from titles? You can tell me this is unreasonable. It's good. It's true, but it's a reality. If you cannot change the reality, you can adapt to it! You can also tell me that you can earn a high salary with a low education level, I admit, but you have to prepare more than 10 times more effort than others.

The next step is the language. I'm afraid there are not many people who have no level 4 or no degree? How many of them are higher than level 6? How many exclusive websites? How many other English certificates are available? You should not tell me that you are good, but do not like China's examination system, so you do not have a certificate. In China, certificates are used in the first few years of graduation. Do you have the ability to skip the first floor, the second floor, and the third floor? If you are not good at English, do you have other things? You know, foreigners pay more attention to it than the computers they buy in China to make decorations.

In fact, these are not the most important and most important personas. Nowadays, many IT people do not understand anything except technology. All day, offending people are always seeing some so-called "Technical Talents" misleading new people, do you know you're mistaken! If you are not busy with yourself, you have to harm others. Today, you need to calculate your account well.

First opinion: the most important thing to study is diploma. I admit that I can't really learn anything in college, but please read it carefully for diploma. There is no way to earn a diploma in this society. There are also good university scores, such as MS, Cisco, and Oracle. Another advantage of going to college is that the university is very empty. You can learn what you want, but the school's homework is always the most important. Those junior colleges do not think that undergraduates are not good at learning technology. To be exact, few outstanding students are nerd. There is nothing to say that college students have advantages in learning technology.
　　　　
Second Opinion: it is necessary to have a good understanding of English. At least level 6 is required. It would be better if you have a certificate of the eighth or upper-and middle-level certificate or BEC or something. You 'd better consider German or Japanese. The third opinion is that you must carefully select an industry. It is a very broad concept, and networks are just a very small (and very promising) field. What are the most promising fields of it? Is development, what is the most promising in development? It is hardware development, that is, electronic engineering. The monthly salary of those guys is almost my annual salary (my current monthly salary is 10 K after tax). Secondly, it is software development, but it is very bitter, it also requires a good mathematical foundation. However, in China, we should not develop generic components. It is best to develop specialized ERP systems and even develop and maintain development tapes. If you do not have a mathematical foundation, but have good aesthetic skills, you can do design, Photoshop, AutoCAD, 3dsmax, Flash, and post-processing on the video screen, but do not engage in web design (whether it is the front-end or the back-end), because a person's model is used by 10 thousand people, there will be no good income. If it doesn't work, we need to engage in networks and systems. We 'd better engage in databases in this aspect. However, we need to involve development. Why is maintenance the most time? No matter what the company is, maintenance is not the main business, or it will not bring revenue to the company. In a company, the revenue of a department that can directly affect profits is high. Therefore, the most important thing for any enterprise is sales and market, followed by R & D and production. Although the maintenance is the worst, it does not mean you cannot get a high salary. First, they should go to large foreign companies and place high importance on IT departments. Second, we must learn how to be human. We were originally a service department, so we should be enthusiastic about people in other departments, take the initiative, and do not always put on a "master" shelf. You know, if technology cannot be exchanged for money, it's just rubbish. Third, don't always ask the boss for money to change the device. We can't create any benefits. We need to make the boss feel that we can save management costs. Our task is to make the most of the existing devices, instead of purchasing new devices all day long.
Even so, my so-called high salary is just to maintain a high salary in this field, and it is incomparable with other major departments. So it is better to jump out of this industry for system deployment. For system deployment, do not deploy personnel (even if you do it temporarily, you must be a project manager in the future). This is what migrant workers can do. Or, you can do solution sales. In this way, you are the main business of the enterprise.
To sum up, the IT industry is not without a high salary, and the IT high salary is high in all science and engineering industries. The key is to look at your own capabilities. For students who have not yet graduated, I hope that you can study hard first, get at least a bachelor's degree (preferably a prestigious school), and then see if you can take a master's degree in a good university and learn English well, more people participate in social activities. Even if you do it, technology only accounts for 20%. What is important is communication and human skills. In the last sentence, what I said may be really unpleasant, but in fact, you can give a lot of counterexamples to refute me (high salaries for middle school students ), however, these examples do not reflect the overall situation. If we do not believe this, we can perform a sample survey. In addition, there are many unreasonable situations in China, but you cannot change it. Either you adapt to it or you destroy it.
