We can judge through the ping operation:

Because our computer needs to find the website on that server through a DNS service. Computers on the Internet access each other through IP addresses (for example, 202.96.128.166). websites are generated to help people remember meaningless numbers when accessing the Internet. DNS is a service that converts a website address to its IP address when you enter a website address to access the website.

When we enter a URL to access the website, our computer will first access the DNS server, and the DNS server will return the IP address corresponding to the URL to our computer, and our computer will then access the target computer, complete Website access. If our computer accesses the DNS server, the DNS server cannot return the corresponding IP address, and our computer will not be able to access that website.
