Why cannot I start SQL Server after I install the certificate?

Cause: the certificate cannot be found on SQL Server.

Method:
1. Install SQL Server SP3

2. Set the MSSQLServer Service to use the Administrator account (or another administrator account)
My computer -- control panel -- Management Tools -- service -- Right-click MSSQLServer (proxy service: SQLServerAgent) -- properties -- login identity -- select "click to browse" -- select

Select the user you want-enter your administrator password in the password and Confirm Password.
Restart SQL Server

3. log on to the computer with the Administrator account or other Administrator Account (which must be consistent with the account used by the MSSQLServer service) and install the certificate on
MMC-> Certificate-> current user-> under my directory, the SQL server can find the certificate.

4. After completing the above steps, it is best to restart the system
