question: I'm using Eclipse Java Neon4.6.0, and the same problem is in other versions of Eclipse, and I'm having a headache when I make changes to my code, click Run, Discover or execute the file before the change. At first I thought it was eclipse, but it didn't happen on another machine.
Analysis: because I recently installed Pydev under Eclipse, which is the plugin for Python programming under Eclipse, I removed the plugin and solved the problem.
Later, I found that the workspace internal configuration was modified by Pydev.
Workaround: It is recommended that you do not store programs in Python and Java in two languages under the same workspace.
