Cause:
Generally, when a user leaves the office at 6.0, the user is set to leave the office. Since the user leaves the office at domino6.x, the user is running as a proxy, but the domino is running as a service when the user is upgraded to 8.5, therefore, there is a conflict.
Solution:
1. Back up your email database NSF file on the Domino server;
2. Notify the user to suspend use until the repair operation is completed;
3. Open the user NSF file in designer and goCode-> The proxy (as shown in the following two figures) deletes the outofoffice proxy and closes the Save confirmation (if the user attempts to "leave the office" in the email library, an error is reported, which is correct );
4. "replacement design" for the user's NSF;
5. Wait until the design replacement is completed. Generally, 6 hours later, go to the domino console-> server-> Status-> schedule-> proxy, there should be no more user IDs running on the proxy.
