Solution for IE Kernel browser
Open First: Tool-> proxy settings-> enable IE proxy settings
Then open: Tool-> Internet Select-> Connection
If you are a home user:
In the box under Dial-up and Virtual private network settings, if you have dial-up connection, select then click Settings, check the Use automatic configuration script, and enter in address: Http://127.0.0.1:9415/tudouva.pac
If you have a local area network on campus or within your company:
Click "LAN Settings", check "Use automatic configuration Script", enter in "Address": Http://127.0.0.1:9415/tudouva.pac
But if you already use the Local area network proxy address, please revise carefully, lest cause the network cannot connect the question.
How to set up other kernel browsers:
Firefox browser:
Tools-> Options-> Network-> Settings-click Automatic proxy configuration-> input: Http://127.0.0.1:9415/tudouva.pac-> OK
Opera browser:
Tool-> Preferences-> Advanced-> network-> Proxy server-> check "Use automatic proxy server Configuration"-> input: Http://127.0.0.1:9415/tudouva.pac-> OK
