Why Eclipse has been locading descrptor .... And then there was no response.

Cause: After eclipse is started, a configuration file is downloaded from java.sun.com, and this profile is not required.

However, in the domestic network is difficult to connect java.sun.com this server, so it has been stuck there, not the response of the server.

Solution: Change the Hosts file under C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc, add 127.0.0.1 java.sun.com

Point the java.sun.com domain name to your local machine, and you can't download the file as well. And then reboot the eclipse.
