What does this sentence mean?
1. Foreign companies have a very high degree of professionalism. What are the core qualities of professionalism? Be cautious about your commitment and make sure it is fulfilled. If there is a clear commitment and plan in the early stage, they must say that they are done, and everyone will work based on their commitments. What is our OA used? It is often used to keep marks, especially approval marks. Why do we need to do this? First, it is too difficult to find someone to solve the problem. It is impossible to ask someone to Solve the Problem Three times without reminding them.
2. Questions about trust: It is undeniable that a high degree of professionalism also gives professional managers a good personal credit, which is often used in their work, the approval process of OA is used as evidence. Whoever approves the phone bill of 50 yuan will leave traces, but all this may have been fully authorized by foreign companies, it is clear which employees can take the lead, which are department managers, and which are regional company CEOs. It is hard to imagine that the amount of 40 million or less of the company we serve will be determined by the regional company boss, and it does not need to be reported to the headquarters, what should we do with such a complicated workflow?
3. Good meeting and report mechanisms: Foreign Enterprises rarely make a statement. They all solve the problem during major decisions, but before the meeting, there will be clear guidelines for meeting preparation. If a project needs to be approved, the sponsor should fully discuss difficult issues with the engineering, design, finance, and other relevant departments in advance and reach consensus, as long as the meeting is re-confirmed and reviewed, the meeting is very efficient, and there will be results at this time. After confirmation, an email will be sent and a meeting minutes will be executed, there is no need to go through the OA process again.
4. work habits: foreign countries are very accustomed to using email for work interaction before they have OA and ERP systems, in addition, their emails have been clearly integrated with the company's SOPs. Every employee puts their SOPs in their own heads. It seems that email exchange is very complicated, however, if you put the SOP in your own head, this is the most flexible and efficient command system. Why do you need to use the OA system to solve the problem?
Based on the principles of trust and trustworthiness, enterprises have excellent employees and management mechanisms, or this is why foreign enterprises do not need OA.
