In my browser, some of the results can be viewed in simplified Chinese, while some can be viewed in UTF-8. therefore, whether I use simplified Chinese or UTF-8 to view the results, some of them are garbled.

It should be because the encoding of the template or two files in the framework (most include files) is different. locate one of them and select encode another file.

The encoding of all files must be consistent with the encoding in the HTML Header information.

Change the file to the same encoding.
