Why is the Debian R4 system unable to access the Internet when China Telecom is installed? -- Linux general technology-Linux technology and application information. For details, refer to the following section. I re-installed China Telecom broadband after tietong broadband expired the day before yesterday.
Problem:
In the Debian 4.0r4 system, dial-up access is not allowed (Windows XP system is normal ).
In the past, iron broadband was no problem whether it was a single dial-up Internet access or shared Internet access through a vro.

Google once said that China Telecom prohibits Internet access through routing and adds a new password to the Internet account and password. In this way, if you use a third-party dialing software or use a router to access the Internet, the connection will fail, I wonder if you have any suggestions?
If you cannot access the Internet in the Debian 4.0r4 system, nothing can be done.
