Why is the Flyme account locked? Meizu and Meilan mobile phones are locked.

In general, whether Meizu mobile phone or Meilan mobile phone is locked, you can solve the problem through the following two methods:

Method 1: enter the correct flyme account and password on the mobile phone interface to unlock the instance.

Method 2: bring the mobile phone purchase invoice and mobile phone packing box to the Meizu authority, which will be unlocked by Meizu professionals.

However, Method 1 does not work. Even if the correct password is entered in the book, it still cannot be unlocked. (finally, it was discovered that the Flyme account was maliciously controlled, is set to the loss mode), and method 2 is relatively troublesome, you need to go to Meizu mobile phone authorization, and the relative is located in the country, there is no such authorization point nearby.

Therefore, you can only start with the account. The first step is to retrieve the Flyme password again. The procedure is as follows:

1. First open Flyme in the computer browser to retrieve the account URL: Login.

2. Next, use text message verification. If your mobile phone is locked and you cannot receive the text message, you can take out the SIM card and put it on another mobile phone to receive the verification code, as shown in the figure below.

3. After the verification is successful, you need to reset a new Flyme password, as shown in the following figure.

4. After that, you can log on to the Flyme account again on the computer, as shown in the figure.

5, finally open the https://cloud.flyme.cn cloud server, and login on the web side, if the login still fails, again follow the prompts to complete the reset password, as shown in the following figure.

6. After logging on to the Flyme cloud server, check whether your Flyme account has been maliciously reported. If it is reported as a loss, even if you enter the correct Flyme account, it is easy to unlock, cancel the loss report, and unbind the account. Then, the mobile phone of Meilan/Meizu can successfully solve the lock problem.
