Not logged on to the vro
TP-LINK ID
If the phone is on the Internet, and the remote cloud router does not have a login TP-LINK ID, the router will not be displayed in the phone APP.
Solution: On the router interface

TP-LINK ID.
Note:: If the phone is connected to the cloud router wireless signal to access the Internet, but the cloud router does not log on to the TP-LINK ID, then the phone APP's device list can display the router, but show

Vro not supported

Management
Our wireless router is currently only
VroSupports APP management. If your vro is not a cloud router, the vro cannot be created on the APP interface. The cloud router interface is as follows:

, Mobile phone connection to the router visitor signal to access the Internet
When a mobile phone is connected to the guest network of the cloud router, the guest network does not have the permission to manage the router, so the router cannot be displayed when you log on with the administrator password.
Solution: The phone connects to the router's master network, or uses a TP-LINK ID to manage.
