In the process of using Outlook 2010, we find that when you enter a contact address, a small box appears in front of the address.
Reason Analysis:
In fact, the appearance of this small box does not affect the normal delivery of mail, but because of a special feature of Outlook: Display the status of online contacts. For users who have local exchange Server, when you type a contact address that has been added in Outlook in the Address bar, the system automatically checks the contact's online status for you and displays it in front of the contact's address by a small box of different colors.
We can manually control whether this small box appears, the steps are simple.
Solution:
Open Outlook 2010, click File in the upper-left corner, and then click Options in the table of contents.
Click Contacts in the left navigation bar, and on the right "online status and Photos" option, check the "show online status next to name" checkbox so that when we enter the contact address in the address bar, the small box will appear! Also, if you want to prevent a small box from appearing, uncheck "Show online status next to name" The check box is OK!
