Therefore, when we enter Chinese, English or other symbols in a Word document, we tend to see some underline below in English or Chinese, and these underscores are red, some are green, and some are blue ... Look at the picture.
In the picture above, some of the English below the line appears, there are blue and red.
This line appears below the characters in the document and does not represent an error in the text you entered. These red, green, and blue underscores, which are used to prompt you that you have entered "grammatical errors or errors in spelling". This is just a hint instead of telling you it's a mistake.
More importantly, these cue lines are not printed when the document is printed. So, as long as you feel that your document has no problems, you can ignore these underscores.
Of course, these lines are very annoying, and we can hide them in the following ways:
Perform menu action: "Tools" → "Options", as shown below!
A dialog box with the following image pops up.
In the illustration above, switch to the spelling and Grammar tab, and then remove the "Check spelling on join" and "always propose correction suggestions" below "spelling". Of course, under the "syntax", also the corresponding items of √ removed. Obviously, the best way to do this is to not tick all the items. That's OK.
Another problem is that we look at the first picture, in the Word document, when we enter the URL, it will become blue text and underlined, if you want to cancel this format, use the following method.
Perform menu action tools → AutoCorrect options, and a dialog box with the following image pops up.
In the illustration above, switch to the AutoFormat As You Type tab, and then find the Internet and network paths replaced by hyperlinks below it to remove the √ in front of it.
