Why is there no user Switching inside the logout menu?

Author: User

Q: Under Windows XP system, click the "Start" menu → "logoff" did not appear the "User switch" button, excuse me, why is this?

A: This is mainly due to the following reasons.

1. The system does not enable the "Use User fast switch" feature. The methods enabled are: On the taskbar, click start → control Panel → user account → change the way users log on or off, and then check the use Welcome screen and use User quick switch, and finally click OK to enable the feature.

2. The system does not start service "Terminal services". The method to start the service is: Run "services.msc" to find the service "Terminal Services", double hit open its properties, select either Manual or Automatic in the Startup type Drop-down box on the General tab to enable the service to start correctly every time the system starts. Then click the Start button to start the service, which solves the problem.
