Why? My email server cannot receive

Why? My email server can send or not receive information about the Linux Enterprise Application-Linux server application. The following is a detailed description. Linux red hat9 is used.
The domain name I applied for is 3322.org.
For example, ***** .3322.org static Domain Name
Mx is mail. ***** .3322.org
IP is the default
Ns is set to ns1.3322.net and ns2.3322.net.
Why? My email server can receive it internally.
But can't I accept external messages?
The following Bounce Message is displayed by sending an email with 163:


This message is generated by COREMAIL email system.
I'm sorry to have to inform you that the message returned
