Why the array won't be replaced-php Tutorial

This is much easier to write.
$ Arr = array (3, 4, 5 );
Print_r ($ arr );
// Output 345
Echo" ";
$ Arr = array (3 );
Print_r ($ arr );
// Output 3
?>
Shouldn't the second result be 3, 4, 5?

$ Arr = array (3, 4, 5 );
$ Arr = array (3); // you have all changed the content
