1, as Administrator branch cmd

2, enter the following command

net start VMCI

net start vmx86

net start Vmnetuserif

3, change the way the service starts

sc config VMCI start= auto

sc config vmx86 start= auto

sc config Vmnetuserif start= auto

If it's Win7,

sc config Vmci=auto

sc config Vmx86=auto

sc config Vmnetuserif=auto

If you cannot run the command, from the VMware Workstation installation directory, locate the Vmci.sys file and copy it to the C:\windows\system32\drivers
