  1. Type the "gpedit.msc" command in the Start search box and search for results click "Gpedit.msc" under programs to bring up the Local Group Policy Editor window

  2. In the console tree (left window), expand the following items in turn

    User Configuration--Administrative Templates--windows components--Removable Storage access

  3. In the removable storage Access interface on the right, locate and double-click the "All Removable Storage classes: Deny all Permissions" item

  4. Enter the Setup interface, which by default is "Not Configured", we select "Enabled"

  5. Click the OK button to save the settings and exit the Local Group Policy Editor window
