Set up a fax machine

Send Fax
When you have finished setting up your fax machine, you are ready to send your fax. First click file → send fax, and we'll see the Fax Send Wizard dialog box.
Click Next to fill in the recipient's information, including the recipient's name and fax number, and then click Add.
When completed, click Next. The "Prepare Home" dialog will appear, in which we will set up the first page format and information, Windows XP provides us with four templates, we can easily follow the template format to design our fax, click "Sender Information", Fill in some of the personal information you think you need, other columns we just fill in according to the prompts.
Next, click Next to choose the time and priority you want to send.
Click Next to preview the effect of the fax, and then click Finish when you are satisfied and complete the Send Fax Wizard.
The computer will start sending faxes through your modem, and the "Fax Monitor" dialog will automatically bounce out.
At this point, the whole process of sending a fax is over, need to specifically note that the "Fax First page template" mentioned above, Windows XP has provided us with four templates, of course, we can also design the template, in the Fax Console interface, click the "tools" → "personal Home" → "new", You can design the first page of the fax template.
Receive faxes
Windows XP also prepares us for the ability to receive faxes, we only need in the Fax console, click "File" → "Receive fax Now", you can receive your fax, in the Fax console in the inbox you can read the fax just received.
