Phenomenon: telecom Optical Fiber entry, win7 cannot access the Internet, XP can access the Internet
1. Many machines, including Laptops and Desktops, Windows 7 and Windows XP
2. I used a vswitch to connect to the Office. As a result, XP can access the Internet and win7 cannot access the Internet. It is not a Windows 7 system problem. Windows 7 laptops can access the Internet elsewhere.
3. You only need to plug in the network cable of the XP system to access the Internet. Windows 7 depends on luck. If you are lucky, you will be able to connect to Windows 7 in 10 minutes. If you are lucky, you will not be able to connect to Windows 7 7 7 7 7 7 7 7 7 7 7 7 7 7 7 7 7 7 7 7 7 7 7 7 7 7 7 7 7 7 7 7.
4. When the win7 system automatically fixes the problem, the system prompts that the DNS has no response.
5. My system is set to automatically obtain IP addresses. static IP addresses have also been tried, and wireless access is the same.
Find the cause: because there is no problem with the LAN, the problem lies in the routing. Run the command ipconfig and route to check the route. No problem is found. The Route IP address is 192.168.1.1, and can be pinged by any system, there is no problem with LAN access, but I found the problem when I accessed http: // 192.168.1.1/with IE. The Windows XP system interface is as follows:
The win7 system interface is as follows:
Apparently it was not a vro. After inspection, it was found that fr40 was used as a vswitch, and its management IP address was not changed. It was still 192.168.1.1, and DHCP was not closed.
Solution: Access 192.168.1.1 in win7 and enter Admin/admin to go to the following page:
Enter the network parameter menu: Change 192.168.1.1 to 192.168.1.2 and save.
Go to the DHCP server menu, cancel the DHCP function of the router, and save.
Solve the problem.
