2. Installing the gluon CPU

Add Source:

--prepend channels https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/anaconda/pkgs/free/--prepend Channels http://mirrors.ustc.edu.cn/anaconda/pkgs/free/

Conda env Create-  Note the source is not required under Windows

3. Installing the GPU version

Uninstall the CPU first

Pip Uninstall mxnet

And then

# CUDA 7.5 # CUDA 8.0
