Win10 font blur resolution (DPI scaling Disabled), set default IME in English

Computer broke, for a new computer, but the new computer, dead and alive can not be installed Win7, can not be installed!!! Depressed.

Setup method:

Desktop-"Right"-"Display Settings-" Advanced Settings-"text and other project sizing advanced options-" in a new window, click "Set Custom Zoom" ()

Also attach set Input method default to English state:

Setup Panel-"Time and language (language, region, date)-"(left) region and language-"(right, click) Chinese (PRC)-" options
