Win10 laptop dual-graphics switch where to set independent graphics card, win10 notebook
Almost all the latest laptops have dual-graphics card configurations. One is the core graphics card integrated with the CPU, and the other is an independent graphics card. By default, the video card is used intelligently, can I set a dual-graphics laptop to only use an independent graphics card? The following uses N-card as an example to describe it.
Right-click the "this computer" icon on the Windows 10 desktop and click the "properties" menu item in the pop-up menu.
In this case, the System Properties window of Windows 10 is displayed. Click the "Device Manager" menu item in the left sidebar.
In the Device Manager window that appears, find the "video adapter" menu item.
After clicking the show graphics adapter menu, we can see two graphics card drivers. This shows that our computer is a dual-graphics card configuration.
Go back to the Windows 10 desktop, right-click the blank desktop location, and select the "NvIDIA control panel" menu item in the pop-up menu.
In this case, the NviDIA control panel window is opened, and the "manage 3D Settings" menu item in the left sidebar is clicked.
In the window on the right, find the "first graphics processor" configuration item, click its drop-down menu, and select the "High Performance NVIDIA processor" menu item in the pop-up menu. Finally, click the Save button, so that the windows 10 system will use an independent video card instead of an Integrated Video Card.
